fix(sbp): restore missing HasStringBody and CmsSigner imports in DigitalRuble CashLink requests

Three request classes in Sbp\Requests\DigitalRuble\CashLink used the HasStringBody
trait and CmsSigner::canonicalize() without importing them, so loading the class
fataled with 'Trait not found' / 'Class not found'.
